FTAPI Platform is a secure data transfer and workflow solution developed, hosted, and operated in Germany. It consists of four core products: SecuMails, SecuRooms, SecuForms, and SecuFlows Advanced. SecuMails enables encrypted email communication with file attachments of up to 100 GB. Attachments are encrypted and stored on FTAPI servers, with a download link sent to the recipient. Encryption can cover both attachments and email body text (at security level 4). A SubmitBox feature allows external parties to send files to a recipient without needing an FTAPI account. SecuRooms provides encrypted virtual data rooms for storing, sharing, and collaborating on files. Access is browser-based and platform-independent. Data is stored end-to-end encrypted, and FTAPI operates under a zero-knowledge principle — only authorized users can decrypt content. SecuForms offers secure online forms for structured and encrypted data intake from external parties. SecuFlows Advanced enables automation of secure data workflows. The platform supports four selectable security levels, with levels 3 and 4 providing end-to-end encryption via FTAPI's proprietary SecuPass technology. No certificate exchange or manual password sharing is required; key exchange is automated. Data is stored exclusively in certified data centers located in Germany, with SysEleven cited as a known hosting partner. The platform is GDPR-compliant. External recipients only require an internet connection and receive a free guest account; no license or software installation is needed on their end.
