CUJO AI Network Intelligence is a network traffic analysis and quality measurement platform designed for network service providers (NSPs). It detects and analyzes network traffic to identify internet use categories and applications, then evaluates the Quality of Outcome (QoO) being delivered to end users. The platform is built on the QoO framework supported by the IETF, which translates technical network metrics into application-specific quality scores using a Quality Attenuation metric. This approach differs from traditional QoS (Quality of Service) metrics and QoE (Quality of Experience) measures by providing actionable, mathematically grounded assessments that directly relate to user-perceived application performance.
