CionSystems Entra ID Auditor is a cloud-based auditing, monitoring, backup, and recovery platform designed for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory environments. The platform provides continuous change monitoring across hybrid directory environments, capturing modifications to users, groups, roles, memberships, and policies. Detected changes trigger near-real-time alerts, and the system supports automated remediation actions such as account lockouts and access disablement. A built-in backup and restore engine allows administrators to recover individual attributes, objects (users, groups, memberships), or entire environments without requiring PowerShell. Backups can be scheduled or triggered on demand, and a visualization interface lets administrators compare backup states to identify differences and anomalies. Deleted objects (tombstoned) can also be recovered for both users and applications. Audit reports support filtering by date, entity type, and change type, and historical change logs are retained for compliance lookback purposes. The platform targets regulatory frameworks including SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, and GDPR. A telemetry dashboard displays metrics such as risky logins, role changes, most active users, and sign-in risk levels. Email alerting is configurable with rule-based settings for specific event types and daily summary digests. The platform supports multi-tenant management, making it available to MSPs and MSSPs through a dedicated offering on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Tenant data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
