BIO-key MobileAuth is a mobile authentication application that provides passwordless multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enterprise users. The app supports multiple authentication methods, ranging from biometric options to push-based verification. Authentication Methods: - PalmPositive™: Verifies identity via palm scan, permanently linking the scan to a user's digital identity to prevent phishing and forgery. - FacePositive™: Authenticates users through a selfie scan, generating an encrypted biometric template stored in the cloud. - Push Token: Allows users to confirm logins by tapping a button on their mobile device, suited for frequently accessed applications. - Local Biometrics: Leverages device-native biometric features such as Apple Face ID or Touch ID for login authorization. The app restricts biometric registration to a single authorized user per managed application, preventing unauthorized access by other device users or attackers with stolen credentials. Biometric data is linked to a single user profile, making access non-transferable. If a user loses their device, previously registered biometrics remain valid and can be used on a new device without re-registration, as authentication state is centrally managed.
