The suite supports two categories of biometrics: **Behavioral Biometrics** Analyzes unique identifying characteristics derived from a user's behavior while interacting with standard devices such as keyboards, mice, and smartphones. No specialized hardware is required for data collection in behavioral biometric modes. **Physical Biometrics** Measures and analyzes unique physical traits such as fingerprints, retinas, and facial features. A scanning device captures these traits and matches them against records stored in a database. **Modes of Operation** The technology operates in three primary modes: - Enrollment: Captures sample biometric data and constructs a mathematical template for each user. - Verification: Performs a 1-to-1 match between a captured biometric sample and a stored template for a claimed identity. - Identification: Performs a 1-to-many match by comparing a biometric sample against all stored templates in a database. Biometric data is secured in storage, in transit, and at the point of cybersecurity access. The suite integrates with Assured's broader TripleHelix® framework, which includes risk assessment, vulnerability scanning via AssuredScanDKV®, compliance reporting, and a CyberScore® benchmarking system.
