Callsign Platform is an authentication and fraud management solution designed for enterprise-scale deployments. It supports both multi-tenant and single-tenant configurations, allowing organizations with multiple business units, brands, or country operations to manage fraud and authentication from a single platform instance. The platform can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud and exposes REST APIs for backend system integration. An API configuration interface allows data sources to be added or changed without requiring lengthy IT change projects. Authentication events are processed through the Enterprise Transaction Gateway (ETG), which serves as a single point of interaction for integration, development, and security enforcement.
