Gurucul

Gurucul is a cybersecurity company founded in 2010 that pioneered User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) by unifying big data, machine learning, and predictive analytics. The company's flagship product is REVEAL, a security analytics platform that combines SIEM capabilities with native AI to detect, identify, and respond to threats.

The platform provides real-time security analytics and fraud analytics technology that uses machine learning behavior profiling with predictive risk-scoring algorithms.

The REVEAL platform works across on-premises, cloud, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud environments, collecting and parsing security data from multiple sources in various formats. It enriches collected data with external threat intelligence feeds and applies data analytics and machine learning algorithms to detect patterns and outliers for identifying unknown threats and suspicious activities.

The platform includes capabilities for incident response, threat remediation, federated search across distributed architectures, automated data parsing, and attack chain identification.

Gurucul serves Global 1000 companies and government agencies, focusing on solutions for insider threat detection, fraud analytics, IP theft prevention, and account compromise. The company has been recognized as a Visionary in Gartner's 2024 SIEM Magic Quadrant and as an Overall Leader in KuppingerCole's 2024 Intelligent SIEM Leadership Compass, receiving the highest ratings for security, functionality, deployment, interoperability, and usability.
