genua Dioden is a product line of hardware data diodes designed to enforce unidirectional data transfer at sensitive network boundaries. The product family consists of two variants:

• **cyber-diode**: Targeted at industrial monitoring use cases, enabling secure data transfer from networked production systems (e.g., industrial control systems) to a control center.
• **vs-diode**: Designed for one-way data transfers into classified (SECRET-level) networks, meeting high-assurance government and defense requirements.

Data diodes differ fundamentally from firewalls in that they permit only one-directional data flow by physical/hardware design — there is no configurable bidirectional path. This "Security by Design" approach ensures that data exfiltration from classified or sensitive networks, and unauthorized access to connected industrial systems, is prevented at the hardware level.
