Cyber Aware

Cyber Aware provides security awareness training solutions designed to address human risk factors in cybersecurity. The company focuses on the premise that 55% of breaches begin with human error, and offers a platform to test, train, measure, and reduce human-related security risks within organizations.

The platform delivers training on key security topics including phishing and spear phishing identification, ransomware response procedures, password hygiene and secure password practices, and proper handling of confidential data. The training content is designed to help employees recognize and respond appropriately to common cyber threats that exploit human vulnerabilities.

Cyber Aware operates a white-label model, offering their security awareness platform to MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and resellers who can rebrand and deliver the training to their own clients. The company also provides direct security awareness training services to businesses seeking to improve their staff's cybersecurity knowledge and behaviors.

The platform includes measurement capabilities to assess staff awareness levels and track improvement over time. Training modules address practical scenarios that employees encounter in their daily work, such as email security, data protection protocols, and incident response procedures.

The company positions its solution as addressing the shift in hacker tactics from targeting IT systems to exploiting human error and unsophisticated users within organizations.
