BoostSecurity

BoostSecurity provides a DevSecOps automation platform designed to help software teams secure their applications and software supply chains. The platform focuses on developer-first experiences, integrating security automation into the software development lifecycle from development through production deployment.

The company addresses challenges that organizations face in implementing DevSecOps, including the complexity of modern cloud-native technology stacks, scarcity of security engineers, and difficulties in engaging developers with security processes. Their SaaS platform aims to reduce the manual triage and prioritization work that security teams typically perform while chasing engineers for remediation.

BoostSecurity's solution encompasses both comprehensive DevSecOps automation and software supply chain security capabilities. The platform is built to work across the entire technology stack, helping security teams manage multiple tools and integrations required in modern development environments.

Founded by Zaid Al Hamami and Rajiv Sinha, both veterans in application security and cybersecurity, the company is headquartered in Montreal, Canada, with operations in Silicon Valley, California. The founders previously worked together at a cybersecurity startup that was acquired by a major cybersecurity company.

They created BoostSecurity based on their observation that despite increased awareness and available products, most companies still struggle to implement effective DevSecOps practices.

The company serves customers across various industries including technology, healthcare, finance, logistics, human resources, and cybersecurity sectors.
