NewCore Identity Discovery

NewCore Identity Discovery is a platform that consolidates and unifies identity data across an organization's connected systems into a single, centralized view. It aggregates account and access information from multiple external identity providers, HR systems, cloud platforms, and AI tools to produce a complete identity record for every person in the organization.

Core capabilities include:

• System visibility: Discovers and maps all identity systems across the organization, including undocumented systems and shadow federations. Distinguishes between governed (connected) and ungoverned (discovered) systems.

• Identity unification: Resolves fragmented identity records across disparate systems into a single, unified profile per individual. Each record includes all accounts, applications, access paths, and AI agents associated with that person.

• Lifecycle governance: Tracks identity changes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.

• Identity Explorer: A natural language query interface that allows users to search across the entire identity fabric in plain language. Returns live, real-time data rather than static reports, enabling instant answers about access paths, risks, and identity relationships.

• Directional flow mapping: Visualizes how users move between systems and shows relationships between identity sources.

The platform is designed for identity and security teams that need to answer access-related questions across a complex, multi-system environment without manually cross-referencing multiple consoles or directories.
