NCP Secure Entry Client is an IPsec VPN software client available for Windows (10 & 11) and macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia). It is designed for individual users and organizations with up to 100 remote access users that do not require centralized management infrastructure. The client operates as a one-click VPN solution that automates several connectivity tasks upon launch: - Automatic selection of the appropriate firewall policy based on network context - Automatic selection of the best available communication medium - Control of internet connectivity - Automated initiation of the VPN tunnel setup The Windows variant provides automated firewall policy selection and communication medium selection, while the macOS variant supports connections via any network type, including iPhone tethering via USB or Bluetooth. The macOS client includes an intuitive GUI that displays connection and security states both before and during active data connections. Both clients are based on the IPsec standard and are compatible with all common IPsec VPN gateways. Licenses are available for purchase individually or through resellers (with a 10% reseller discount). An Academic Edition is available for students and universities at a discounted rate. Software updates are sold separately and support up to two major version upgrades.
