GateKeeper Enterprise - Kiosk Mode

GateKeeper Enterprise Kiosk Mode is a shared PC access management solution that uses wireless Bluetooth token-based authentication to enable multiple users to log in to a single shared Windows account while maintaining individual accountability.

Each user is assigned a wireless 2FA key (hardware token or phone) that the system uses for proximity-based recognition. When a user approaches a workstation, the system automatically unlocks it; when they step away, it automatically locks. This eliminates the need for users to know or type shared account passwords, as administrators set complex passwords that remain hidden from end users.

The system provides traceable, per-user audit logs even on shared accounts, enabling compliance with standards such as HIPAA, NIST, DFARS, CMMC, and CJIS. A built-in password manager handles web application credentials for Chrome and Firefox, including OTP support, removing the need for users to memorize passwords across multiple sites.

The GateKeeper Hub serves as the central management console, running on Windows Server 2012+ with SQL Server 2007+, allowing IT administrators to assign complex passwords, manage user access, and generate audit and business intelligence reports.
