Ubisecure Right to Represent is a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) based service that enables individuals to assert and verify their rights to represent their organization. The solution combines LEI-based organization identity with identity provider and rights delegation services to authenticate organization affiliation and representation rights. The service operates through a workflow where individuals request LEIs for their organization via RapidLEI, have their representation rights verified, and manage those rights through an Identity Provider service. Verified individuals can invite others through a multi-tier system with role-based verification. Service providers integrate the authentication mechanism using OAuth 2.0, similar to social login patterns. The solution addresses use cases including compliance and governance, B2B transactions, certificate authority validation, public sector digital services, KYC and customer onboarding, and signing services. It uses multi-factor authentication for individuals and LEI for organization assurance, with pre-established mandates defining rights values. The platform provides vetting services to link organization identity with delegation and IdP services. Service providers can integrate the solution at any point in their workflow where rights verification and governance enforcement is needed through SDK/API implementation.
