SolCyber MDR++ is a managed detection and response service designed as an entry point into a structured cybersecurity program. It is aligned with the NIST CSF v2.0 framework and targets organizations that are not yet ready for a full-scale security deployment. The service is organized around four functional pillars: **Manage:** Includes configuration policy and lifecycle management, security advisory, and Active Directory assessment and hardening. **Protect:** Provides endpoint protection as a preventive control. **Detect:** Covers endpoint detection, SIEM-based security monitoring, and insider threat detection. **Respond:** Delivers incident response through SolCyber's Sigma Response capability, where human analysts take action on escalations across endpoints, files, networks, identity, and cloud environments. Optional add-ons include vulnerability management and advanced email protection. Customers receive access to OmniView, a portal offering visibility into detections, triage activity (including false positives), and real-time SLA tracking. Each customer is assigned a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for security advisory support. The Auto-Genesis Stack provides a curated set of integrated technologies that are updated and managed by SolCyber. The service supports security monitoring across 500+ technologies and is offered under an all-inclusive subscription pricing model.
