SecureW2 802.1X Wi-Fi provides certificate-based network authentication using EAP-TLS protocol for Wi-Fi and wired networks. The platform validates both user identity and device at authentication through integration with identity providers, MDM systems, and hardware tokens. The solution consists of three core components: Dynamic PKI for certificate issuance, Cloud RADIUS for authentication enforcement, and MultiOS device onboarding. The platform issues X.509 certificates based on real-time device posture, user identity, and risk signals from integrated security tools. The system performs continuous monitoring and enforcement by validating device compliance, group membership, and risk scores at each authentication attempt. Access levels are dynamically adjusted through VLAN assignment based on current trust state. When trust conditions change, such as compliance failures or risk score elevations, the platform can revoke certificates or quarantine devices immediately. The platform supports passwordless authentication by replacing shared credentials with device-bound certificates. It includes self-service BYOD onboarding, automated guest credential generation with time-based expiration, and policy-driven network segmentation without legacy NAC infrastructure. SecureW2 integrates with identity providers for user validation, MDM/EMM platforms for device posture, and EDR/XDR tools for threat intelligence. The platform supports academic roaming through Eduroam integration and works with existing network infrastructure without requiring proprietary hardware.
