SDG Cyber Resilience as a Service is a managed service that helps organizations maintain business continuity and recover from cyber disruptions through disciplined planning, testing, and governance. The service operates across three phases: advisory, transformation, and managed services. The advisory phase evaluates organizational maturity, identifies exposure paths, and develops resilience plans aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements. The transformation phase implements controls, automation, runbooks, identity integrity controls, workload failover plans, secure recovery patterns, and cross-team playbooks. The managed services phase provides ongoing testing, threat-aligned validation, backup and recovery governance, and continuous control improvement. The service addresses operational resilience, data protection and recovery, identity resilience, cloud and SaaS continuity, endpoint and OT recovery, crisis management, and supply chain continuity. It supports compliance with regulations including FFIEC, SEC cyber event disclosure, DORA, HIPAA, SOX, and standards such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-34/800-53, ISO 22301, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, and COBIT. The program includes continuous controls monitoring, automated checks, system health monitoring, crisis coordination support, structured runbooks, audit documentation, and scalable operations that align identity, infrastructure, cyber operations, and business continuity under one operating model with defined RTO/RPO targets.
