ProArch Managed Detection & Response Plans provide security monitoring and response services through two tiers: MDR Core and MDR Premier. Both plans include 24x7 monitoring, triage, and response capabilities. The service covers endpoint security alert management, cloud identity security for Entra ID, and security alert management for Office 365 applications including email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Additional coverage includes SaaS cloud apps, SaaS GenAI, and Extended Detection & Response (XDR) alert management. MDR Core provides fundamental protection with basic monitoring and alert management capabilities. MDR Premier extends coverage to include SIEM base deployment and management, detection rule management, endpoint and network firewall log management, and syslog deployment. Premier also adds cloud workload alert management, enterprise AI alert management, attack path monitoring, Active Directory alert management, and operational technology alert management. Premier tier includes an assigned security strategist, monthly security reports, monthly threat hunting, quarterly executive reports, monthly security webinars, security awareness training, phishing campaigns, web content filtering management, vulnerability scanning and reporting, and annual penetration testing. Additional services available include vulnerability prioritization with instant notifications for critical vulnerabilities and penetration testing services for applications, networks, physical sites, and employee awareness.
