Privado Agentic Assessments is an AI-powered privacy assessment automation tool that uses AI agents to populate privacy and data protection assessments. It is designed to reduce manual effort in completing PIAs (Privacy Impact Assessments), DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments), RoPAs (Records of Processing Activities), vendor assessments, and AI assessments. The tool works by ingesting related documentation — such as product requirement documents (PRDs), technical specifications, proposals, and contracts — and using AI agents to extract relevant data elements, third-party relationships, and processing activities to auto-populate assessment forms. Each agent finding is accompanied by cited reasoning and evidence, including references to specific pages within source documents. Users can review agent-generated findings, validate responses, and identify inconsistencies across imported documents. The product supports pre-built and custom assessment templates aligned to frameworks such as GDPR. Stakeholders can be alerted to import documents and collaboratively review findings. Risks are automatically flagged according to configurable policies. A dedicated Contract Agent extracts data elements, purposes of processing, obligations, and risks from contracts, building a contract inventory that can feed into future assessments, data maps, and risk monitoring. Assessments and data mapping details can be synced to Privado AI's Dynamic Data Maps for centralized data inventory, or pushed to external privacy management tools such as OneTrust and TrustArc via API.
