Collected consents are centralized in a single repository with granular logs that capture the date, time, channel, location, and purpose of each consent event, producing audit-ready evidence trails. Integration with existing websites, mobile applications, and internal systems is supported via an API library, enabling real-time consent capture and updates. Data subjects can access, review, and revoke their consents through a dedicated Privacy Portal, without requiring manual intervention from the organization. The module includes a campaign engine that allows organizations to send customized email campaigns for consent revalidation when purposes change or legal requirements evolve. Dashboards display metrics such as acceptance rates, rejection rates, campaign engagement, and consent evolution over time, with filtering by purpose, channel, or audience segment. Consents can be segmented by purpose (e.g., marketing, relationship, data retention) and by collection channel, with configurable expiration rules.
