Consents can be segmented by purpose (e.g., marketing, data retention) and by collection channel. Data subjects are provided access to a dedicated Privacy Portal where they can view, update, or revoke their consents without manual intervention from internal teams. Organizations can configure and send email-based renewal campaigns with customizable templates to revalidate or update consents as business needs or legal requirements evolve. Management dashboards provide metrics on consent acceptance, rejection rates, campaign engagement, and trends over time, with filtering by purpose, channel, or audience segment.
