The service is built on three primary components: **SD-WAN as a Service:** Software-defined WAN technology configured and operated by Open Systems, including 24×7 monitoring and management through their Mission Control Network Operations Center (NOC). It aims to provide SD-WAN cost-effectiveness alongside MPLS-level performance guarantees. **Global Connectivity Services:** End-to-end managed connectivity combining a private backbone with last-mile circuits across global locations, including remote or complex regions such as China.
