Pricing is structured around endpoint-based "buckets," enabling MSPs to commit to a volume of endpoints at a fixed rate and deploy them to end customers incrementally. Two tiers are available: - MaxxMDR (base): Covers endpoint security monitoring with 24/7 detection, response, and containment, SIEM monitoring and event correlation, deception technology, real-time threat hunting, automated triage, guided remediation, incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and client-specific playbooks. - MaxxMDR Elite: Extends the base offering with managed SIEM, cloud integration, deception tools, vulnerability scanning, Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), and dark web monitoring. CyberMaxx analysts review every alert and can engage either behind the scenes as an extension of the MSP's team or directly with end clients. The service includes dedicated analysts assigned per client environment, continuous alerting and escalation procedures, and insight into threat trends and attack scenarios.
