Karamba Security Continuous Security is a lifecycle-oriented security approach and product suite for connected devices, including vehicles, printers, cameras, and industrial robots. It addresses the dynamic nature of connected devices by providing ongoing security monitoring and threat intelligence throughout the device's operational life, rather than treating security as a one-time production-phase activity. The product consists of two core components: **XGuard Monitor:** A cloud-edge behavioral monitoring solution that deploys sensors within embedded software on each ECU and connected device. It generates real-time alerts directly from the device and performs more sophisticated analytics in the cloud. The sensor set provides insight into suspicious device behavior to detect potential compromise across a fleet of devices. **ThreatHive:** A threat intelligence platform that uses honeypots to continuously search for suspicious activity targeting connected devices. It identifies data and behavioral manipulation, tracks attackers, and analyzes the latest embedded tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Intelligence gathered can be incorporated into SOC playbooks and used to update Indicators of Compromise (IoCs) in XGuard Monitor. The solution is designed to be deployed across a wide variety of ECUs and embedded devices, supporting multiple operating systems and chipsets. It targets device manufacturers in automotive, IoT, medical, and industrial sectors.
