The Ioetec G-2201 Secure Gateway Demonstrator Kit is a hardware development and evaluation kit designed to demonstrate secure IoT data collection, authentication, and transmission. The kit includes: - An ESP32-based sensor board (Feather Huzzah ESP32) preloaded with Ioetec Secure software, featuring two built-in sensors for magnetic field and touch detection, with I2C and SPI interfaces for additional sensor expansion. - A BeagleBone Black-based gateway with WiFi hotspot capability, preloaded with Ioetec Secure software that authenticates sensor data, collects it, and transmits it to the Ioetec cloud for secure storage. - An Ioetec cloud account providing authentication credentials, a hosted MQTT server for data retrieval, and help/support resources. The demonstrator is intended for developers and engineers who want to experiment with Ioetec Secure Software for integration into their own IoT products. The sensor board software and hardware can be modified to support different data collection scenarios, and the gateway can be configured to deliver data to a custom MQTT server for integration into third-party analytics platforms. Communication between the sensor board and gateway uses WiFi by default, with BLE and LoRaWAN available on request. Additional platform libraries beyond ESP32 are also available on request. The physical package includes: 1x Ioetec G-2201 Gateway, 2x 5V Power Adapters, 1x Sensor Board (Feather Huzzah ESP32), 1x WiFi Dongle, and 1x Ethernet Cable.
