GLIMPS Audit
Automatic binary reverse-engineering tool for library ID across architectures.

GLIMPS Audit Description
GLIMPS Audit is an automatic software recognition and reverse-engineering tool that identifies libraries present in binary files and documents them in a work database. The tool uses a code detection technology that operates independently of compilation options, compilation chains, and processor architectures, supporting x86, amd64, ARM, PowerPC (PPC), and MIPS. Core workflow: - Accepts a binary file and applies selected analysis modules - Extracts a wide range of file formats using specialized infrastructure - Identifies static libraries across multiple architectures - Documents known code (public or proprietary), including runtime environments such as Delphi, Go, MSVC, and embedded OS firmware - Transfers identified symbols to IDA Pro and Ghidra for further analysis - Generates an analysis report with visualization of technical elements GLIMPS Audit enables analysts to reuse previously completed work when a new version of a product is released, focusing effort only on new or modified code rather than re-analyzing known components from scratch. The tool is available as both a SaaS and On-Premise deployment and does not require an internet connection to operate. It is applicable to use cases including automatic reverse-engineering, software code documentation, in-depth binary analysis, and incident response.
