Flexis XDR SOC as a Service is a 24x7 managed detection and response (MDR) service designed primarily for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to resell to their customers. The service is delivered by a team of certified security advisors, engineers, incident response staff, and managers operating from an ISO 27001 certified Secure Delivery Center. The service covers end-to-end security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response. It ingests and correlates security events in real time using a cloud-based SIEM platform, and includes log management, log correlation and analysis, intrusion detection, cyber threat intelligence, and threat hunting capabilities. When threats are identified, the SOC issues verified threat notifications along with actionable remediation guidance. A dedicated 24x7 Incident Response Team (IRT) handles active incidents. The service also coordinates with a Network Operations Center (NOC) for broader infrastructure coverage. Flexis offers compliance audit reporting to support regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOX, and generates reports tailored for security, management, and compliance audiences. The platform integrates with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools to fit into existing MSP workflows. The service is offered on a white-label basis, allowing MSPs to present it under their own brand. Onboarding support is included for new customers and technology deployment.
