CYSIAM CTI as-a-Service (CTIaaS) is a managed cyber threat intelligence service that provides organisations with access to curated threat data through a Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) and a Malware Information Sharing Platform (MISP). The service aggregates intelligence from commercial and open-source threat feeds, dark web monitoring, social media, and CYSIAM's own proprietary sources. It covers Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs), Indicators of Compromise (IoCs), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and malware. Clients interact with the service via a secure web-based portal, which provides: - Tailored threat reports and advisories aligned to the client's industry, technology profile, and threat landscape - An on-demand Request For Information (RFI) service for security analysts - Malware Analysis capabilities - Access to and querying of the CYSIAM MISP - Ticket and RFI creation and tracking Threat intelligence is aligned to client-defined Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), established during onboarding and reviewed regularly. CYSIAM analysts conduct independent research across commercial, closed, and open-source data sources. CYSIAM is a Full Member of the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST), granting access to its globally recognised MISP network. The service is positioned as an outsourced alternative to building an in-house threat intelligence team.
