CyberQP PAM is a Privileged Access Management solution designed for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT help desk teams. It enforces least privilege principles by replacing always-on administrator accounts with time-limited, Just-in-Time (JIT) access controls. Access is provisioned on a per-technician basis, enabling privileged access audits and supporting compliance and cyber insurance requirements. Logins are passwordless and backed by multi-factor authentication (MFA) challenges to reduce risks associated with compromised credentials. The platform is intended for use by L1 help desk technicians, allowing them to perform tasks such as unlocking end user accounts, resetting passwords, and verifying customer identities without being granted excessive admin privileges. This supports an end user access management workflow that limits over-provisioning.
