ConnectSecure Consulting is a recurring service designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) that provides access to certified ConnectSecure experts. The service focuses on building and maturing vulnerability management programs to help MSPs increase revenue and reduce risk. The service offers tiered packages (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) with varying levels of support and features. All tiers include foundational services such as consultant-guided implementation, platform configuration, user setup, agent deployment through multiple methods (RMM, API, CLI, scripting), and vulnerability scanning for both internal and external networks. Higher-tier packages include additional services such as cybersecurity practice development, vulnerability management program and policy development, creation of standard operating procedures, pricing and packaging guidance for cybersecurity services, and go-to-market kit development. The Gold tier provides senior consultant weekly sessions, patch management for Windows and macOS, PSA/RMM ticketing integration, compliance scanning and self-assessments, premium support, an internal sandbox tenant, and legal support for cybersecurity practice development. The service is structured to provide monthly hours of consulting time, ranging from 4 hours per month for Bronze to 12 hours per month for Gold. Sessions are conducted bi-weekly or weekly depending on the tier selected.
