Citicus ONE Hosted Services is a cloud-hosted delivery option for the Citicus ONE software platform, available in two tiers: basic and premium. The basic hosted service provides immediate access to the Citicus ONE application without requiring the customer to build or maintain internal infrastructure. The premium hosted service offers a configurable approach, allowing organizations to specify their required grade of service and define how the hosted environment connects to their corporate intranet — including support for Virtual Private Network (VPN) connectivity. Both tiers serve as an alternative to on-premises (in-house) installation. Organizations that start with a hosted deployment have the option to migrate to an in-house installation at a later point if needed. The hosted services are designed to meet the requirements of organizations with strict security standards and have undergone independent security review.
