CIS Operational Real-time Computing Arena (ORCA) Description
CIS Operational Real-time Computing Arena (ORCA) is a physical bare metal server running an ESXi Hypervisor environment that hosts multiple virtual machines across different operating systems. The platform operates as a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) providing resources to end-user devices across an organization's network. The system is configured behind a Virtual Dissimulated Encrypted Server (VDES) that obfuscates the ISP IP address, randomizes traffic patterns, and encrypts inbound and outbound traffic using post-quantum cryptography (PQC) suite ML-KEM Level 5. Each virtual machine instance within the ESXi environment has its own CISEN SDN PQC instance, with each VM taking a different encrypted path within the ecosystem. ORCA supports multiple operating systems including Windows, MacOS, Linux, and Kali running simultaneously and interconnected. The platform enables organizations to run high-performance computing workloads on entry-level edge devices by centralizing computing resources on the server. All sensitive data remains collocated at the customer's physical location rather than in external cloud environments. The platform operates in both intranet and internet environments, providing on-premises data storage and hosting capabilities. It includes integrated communications through the Pi Epsilon Communications platform and allows organizations to host servers and functions accessible only to machines within their electronic ecosystem.
