CIS Digital Dead-Drop (3D) Data Server PQC is a decentralized data server platform designed to transfer and manage data-at-rest through a proprietary software-defined network (SDN) solution. The system synchronizes data between separate servers located anywhere in the world. The architecture incorporates a Virtual Dissimulated Encrypted Server (VDES) Gateway router positioned between the ISP modem and the data server to avoid creating digital signatures, generating hard selectors, and eliminating dependency on third-party service providers. The platform uses end-to-end encryption with Post Quantum Cryptography CRYSTALS ML-KEM, a NIST security Level 5 cryptographic suite. Data synchronization requests are routed through multiple transit servers and command-and-control (C2) servers across different geographic locations, with ML-KEM encryption applied throughout the transit path. The system supports both live synchronization and backup features. The synchronization process routes requests through randomized transit servers across separate SDN networks. The backup feature utilizes a completely separate SDN encrypted network to a second destination server, creating a digital cutout platform that segregates the source location from the backup server. Data-in-transit appears as HTTPS traffic to blend with common digital signatures. The infrastructure supports secure transit of various data formats including collection platforms, live camera feeds, financial databases, IoT data, PII, and medical databases.
