Certego Managed Detection & Response (MDR) is a security service delivered through Certego's proprietary PanOptikon® Unified Security Operations platform. The service provides continuous threat monitoring, detection, investigation, and response across diverse IT environments. The service operates on a 24/7 basis, with a dedicated SecOps team composed of senior professionals holding internationally recognized certifications (CISSP, GIAC, OSSTMM, etc.). The team monitors security events by collecting telemetry data through PanOptikon®, integrating it with Threat Intelligence insights to identify and respond to threats in real time. The MDR lifecycle consists of three phases: - Detection: Telemetry data collection and security event monitoring across client infrastructure. - Investigation: Analysis of alerts generated by PanOptikon® to identify potential threats. - Response: Real-time containment, neutralization, and elimination of threats by the SecOps team. The service is customizable per client, including tailored detection rules and alert configurations. Onboarding involves analysis of the client's existing security solutions to ensure integration with PanOptikon®, followed by platform configuration, ongoing maintenance, and updates.
