BonjourPhishing® Description
BonjourPhishing® is a fully managed phishing simulation and security awareness service offered by BonjourCyber. Rather than providing a self-service platform, BonjourCyber handles the entire campaign lifecycle on behalf of the client — from initial discovery and scenario creation to email delivery and reporting. The service follows a three-step process: 1. Discovery — A dedicated CyberPro® representative collects information about the client's organization, IT environment, habits, and objectives via a questionnaire. 2. Baseline Assessment — An initial series of simulated phishing attacks is conducted to establish a vulnerability baseline at the company, department, and individual employee level. 3. Ongoing Campaigns — The Red Team autonomously runs alternating attack simulations and awareness campaigns. Employees who click malicious links during awareness campaigns receive immediate in-browser educational feedback explaining what indicators they missed. Phishing scenarios are drawn from a library of over 100 attack templates modeled after real-world techniques used by threat actors, including impersonations of services such as Google, Microsoft 365, AWS, Alan, and AXA. The Red Team can also craft custom scenarios for internally developed tools or services. AI-based progression tracking tools are used to adapt training paths to the organization's sector and specific risk profile. Progress statistics are delivered to clients via a secured report shared during a quarterly video call. No sensitive data is extracted or stored during simulations.
