Avaria Networks File Branch is a managed cloud file synchronization, sharing, and backup service. It is administered through a centralized, multi-tenant dashboard that provides usage reporting and smart alerting for data consumption. The service supports managed file sharing for both internal and external parties, with granular user-access and security controls. Files and folders can be locked to prevent unauthorized changes, and guests can be permitted to upload files to shared locations. Backup capabilities include multiple folder backup (Documents, Desktop, Pictures, etc.), continuous real-time backup, revised file backup, and customizable deleted file retention periods. Data can be stored to various data store types, including on-site and remote servers. File access is synchronized across stationary and mobile devices. Native agents are available for Windows and macOS, with mobile support for iOS and Android. All agent, web, and mobile applications are fully brandable per organization. Security features include 256-bit AES encryption for data in-transit and at-rest, persistent and transient encryption key modes on the server, and remote wipe capabilities for desktops and devices. Deployment is designed to be rapid, with approximately 10-minute server setup and 5-minute customer onboarding. The platform supports unlimited user scale and can cloud-enable any existing file server.
