SKA Central Controller (SKA-CC) is a multi-tenant key management solution designed for deployment in virtualised data centre environments. It is built on the SKA-Platform and enables automated, scalable quantum-safe network services across large numbers of endpoints. SKA-CC supports telco-grade service SLAs through High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities, making it suitable for resilient network architectures. It provides real-time endpoint management with granular device policies and integrates with existing systems via REST APIs. The solution supports dynamic key creation and rotation, zero-trust architecture, and cryptographic agility to address both classical and quantum-based threats. It is compliant with NIST SP 800-71, CSNA 2.0, NSM-10, NSA CSfC Symmetric Key Management Requirements Annex 2.1, and is FIPS 140-3 certified. SKA-CC is designed to serve government, defence, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. It functions as a foundational security component in Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) architectures, enabling automation and orchestration platforms to provision and manage quantum-safe, software-defined network services across uCPE deployments. Licensing is available under a flexible tiered model, and the product is compatible with existing encryption standards to reduce integration costs.
