Juniper WAN Assurance is a cloud-based service for managing and monitoring SD-WAN deployments. The service provides visibility into WAN user experiences with application-based context and performs end-to-end user impact analysis using WLAN, LAN, and WAN telemetry data. The platform monitors service level experiences using metrics on application response times, WAN link status, gateway health, and network conditions. It automatically identifies and corrects misconfigurations and faulty interfaces to maintain network efficiency. WAN Assurance integrates with Marvis AI to provide conversational troubleshooting through natural language queries. The service includes Marvis Minis, which act as digital experience twins to validate connectivity and application reachability issues even when end users are not present. The platform offers Dynamic Packet Capture (dPCAP) functionality that automatically captures packets when issues occur, eliminating the need to manually recreate problems. Configuration and deployment of Session Smart Routers is centralized through the Mist platform with Zero Touch Provisioning and configuration templates. Security Assurance capabilities provide one-click policy controls for implementing security measures across multiple locations. The service monitors gateway health metrics including CPU and memory consumption and link utilization levels.
