BHIS ANTISOC is a continuous penetration testing service that functions as a red team operations center. The service extends beyond traditional point-in-time penetration tests by providing year-round testing activities. The service includes initial access attempts through reconnaissance, password guessing, web application exploitation, phishing, and N-day exploits. It also covers assumed compromise scenarios using valid accounts, trusted agent execution, drop device deployment, implant VM installation, and cloud attacks such as key disclosure and illicit consent grants. Post-exploitation activities include information gathering, lateral movement, privilege elevation, and pursuit of pre-defined goals. The service incorporates purple team collaboration through collaborative meetings, overt testing, detection building, and re-execution of previous attacks. Continuous activities include vulnerability scanning, tool development, data breach analysis, and training. ANTISOC operators work to emulate recently disclosed attacks against customers and report their success or failure. The extended timeline allows operators to pursue attacks not feasible during traditional short-term engagements and maintain low profiles when identified by defenders. Rules of engagement are defined on a per-customer basis with open scoping. Reports are delivered in real-time via a ticketing system, combined with quarterly debrief presentations that detail overall risk, findings, and detection metrics.
