The company also offers its CyberCision™ platform, which integrates with NMIS and Open-AudIT to deliver end-to-end network discovery, management, and cybersecurity capabilities. Additionally, FirstWave acquired Saisei Networks, expanding its traffic management capabilities with a Secure Traffic Manager (STM) product.

The company's software is used by organizations including Microsoft, Telmex, Claro, NextLink, and NASA, the latter using FirstWave's software for real-time event handling in mission-critical settings during the Artemis space program. FirstWave primarily sells through service provider partners and targets enterprise clients requiring network compliance, auditing, and cybersecurity management.
