ConnectWise, LLC

ConnectWise is an IT software company that provides technology solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and technology solution providers (TSPs). The company offers a suite of products and services designed to help TSPs operate their As-a-Service businesses through business automation, IT documentation, and data management capabilities.

The company's platform includes remote monitoring and management tools, security solutions, and backup disaster recovery technologies. ConnectWise enables service providers to manage their clients' IT infrastructure, automate business processes, and deliver managed IT services. The software allows MSPs to backup, store, and process business information on behalf of their clients.

ConnectWise operates as both a software provider and, in certain contexts, as a data processor on behalf of its clients. When clients use ConnectWise services, they may store client information and personal data within the platform. The company processes this information under the direction and instruction of its clients, who maintain responsibility for ensuring legal compliance with data protection laws.

The company serves business partners and clients in the managed IT services sector, providing them with tools to drive operational efficiency and manage their end-client relationships. ConnectWise also maintains an ecosystem of integrations and offers an IT community for technology solution providers.
