Secure Mentem

Secure Mentem is a security awareness services company founded by experts specializing in the human aspects of cybersecurity. The company focuses on changing employee security behaviors rather than simply meeting compliance requirements. The company offers both custom services and their flagship Security Awareness as a Service solution, which are designed to align with organizational cultures and specific business needs. Their services include comprehensive security awareness training programs, social engineering testing, and espionage simulations conducted for organizations globally.

Founded by Ira Winkler, a former National Security Agency analyst and recognized expert in human elements of cybersecurity, the company draws on extensive experience in conducting social engineering and espionage simulations for Fortune 500 companies. The company's methodology addresses all aspects of human security concerns, moving beyond traditional checkbox compliance approaches to create meaningful behavioral change in employees.

Secure Mentem serves organizations seeking to strengthen their security posture through improved employee awareness and behavior modification, offering packages including Security Awareness Month support and ongoing awareness program management.
