Finosec

Finosec provides cybersecurity governance software specifically designed for financial institutions, including community banks and credit unions. The company's flagship product, Governance 360, is a SaaS platform that helps financial institutions manage compliance requirements, user access reviews, and IT asset management.

The platform includes modules for Access Management and System Inventory Map, which enable institutions to track IT assets, manage access controls, and maintain comprehensive inventories of systems and components.

The company focuses on automating labor-intensive governance tasks essential for secure banking systems, including systems access rights management, IT audits, and FFIEC IT exam preparation. Finosec helps financial institutions navigate regulatory compliance challenges, including adherence to FFIEC guidance on Development, Acquisition, and Maintenance (DA&M), Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM), and User Access Management (UAM).

In 2025, Finosec launched the Finosec Cybersecurity Assessment Tool to support community banks navigating the sunset of the FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment Tool (CAT). The company delivers continuous product enhancements to help financial institutions respond to regulatory pressure and operational complexity. Finosec was an alumnus of the ICBA ThinkTECH Accelerator program and serves the financial services sector exclusively.
