Fiddler AI

Fiddler AI provides a Control Plane for AI Agents that enables organizations to govern, monitor, and secure artificial intelligence systems at scale. The platform addresses the challenges of autonomous AI systems making consequential decisions by providing visibility into AI reasoning and behavior, continuous monitoring capabilities, and enforceable policy controls.

The company's solution evolved from early work in machine learning explainability to encompass observability for tracking model changes over time, and now focuses on governance for AI agents and autonomous systems. Fiddler's platform detects issues such as bias, toxicity, and data leaks while enabling teams to enforce policies and maintain auditable accountability across AI deployments.

The company serves Fortune 500 enterprises across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and government sectors, including organizations like Mastercard, American Family Insurance, and the U.S. Navy. Fiddler's approach centers on operationalizing responsible AI through transparency, continuous oversight, and governance frameworks that allow organizations to deploy AI systems with appropriate controls and compliance measures.

Founded by Krishna Gade and Amit Paka, who previously worked at companies like Facebook, Twitter, and Microsoft, Fiddler is backed by investors including Lightspeed Ventures, Insight Partners, and Lux Capital.
