Cybeats

Cybeats is a software supply chain security company specializing in Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) management and intelligence. The company provides a platform that enables organizations to gain visibility into the components and dependencies within their software supply chains, from procurement and development through to operation.

Cybeats offers several products, including SBOM Studio, which is designed to assist security teams with vulnerability analysis and prioritization for open-source and commercial software projects.

The platform helps reduce the time required to assess vulnerabilities — with reported customer outcomes including reduction of vulnerability review time from days to under an hour. Additional offerings include an SBOM Consumer product and a BCA Marketplace.

The company serves organizations that need to manage software supply chain risk, achieve regulatory compliance, and maintain transparency over third-party and open-source software components. Customers include large industrial and enterprise organizations, with notable contract relationships including Schneider Electric.

Cybeats is a publicly traded Canadian company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE: CYBT) and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. The company was previously operating under the parent entity Scryb Inc. Its platform addresses growing regulatory and operational demands around SBOM compliance, software transparency, and supply chain security risk management.
