Click Armor

Click Armor is a Canadian cybersecurity company that provides gamified security awareness training and simulation platforms, primarily targeting businesses and managed service providers (MSPs). The platform is designed to improve employee engagement with security awareness content by replacing traditional, policy-based training with interactive, game-based learning experiences.

The core offering centers on phishing awareness training and simulations, with the platform claiming to help employees improve their ability to identify phishing messages by 50%. Beyond phishing, Click Armor covers a broader range of social engineering threat vectors, including smishing (SMS-based attacks), vishing (voice/phone-based attacks), physical security (clean desk, dumpster diving), and emerging threats such as AI-generated deepfake attacks.

Click Armor's platform provides measurable data on end-user participation and proficiency, enabling organizations and their MSP partners to track adoption rates and demonstrate program effectiveness. The gamified format is positioned as a way to drive higher engagement compared to conventional compliance-oriented training programs.

The company has a channel-focused go-to-market strategy, with specific resources and messaging directed at MSPs who deliver security awareness training as a managed service to their customers. MSPs can use the platform to expand services within existing accounts, attract new customers, and differentiate their offerings.

Click Armor also offers short-term, automated program packages (e.g., 6-week phishing awareness programs) targeted at smaller organizations or trial use cases.
