Byos

Byos is a cybersecurity company headquartered in Ashburn, VA, that develops a hardware-based microsegmentation platform called the Byos Secure Edge. The platform combines Zero Trust architecture with microsegmentation to protect devices and networks at the edge, providing asset invisibility, isolation, and granular secure access without data leakage or device exposure.

The platform consists of several product lines: Endpoint Edge, which protects laptops, tablets, and mobile devices through an agentless, plug-and-play solution for remote workforces; Gateway Edge, which safeguards OT systems, legacy devices, and critical infrastructure by preventing lateral movement; Embedded Edge, a secure networking card embedded inside devices; and Cluster Edge, which secures datacenters by creating microsegments within server racks without additional hardware.
