Risma Systems

RISMA Systems is a Danish company founded in 2014 that develops a unified GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform. The company initially focused on risk management solutions, which inspired its name, and has since expanded to offer an integrated platform covering governance, risk management, and compliance activities across organizations.

The RISMA platform translates legal requirements into practical tasks and procedures, making compliance more accessible for all employees rather than just specialists. The platform includes solutions for handling internal controls, GDPR compliance, information security management systems (ISMS), outsourcing compliance, and various other regulatory requirements.

The company continuously adds new compliance areas to its product portfolio as market needs evolve.

RISMA Systems operates with offices in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Ukraine, with headquarters in Copenhagen. The company was recognized as the Danish legal tech company of the year in 2019. RISMA Systems is now part of Cerivo, having merged with ComplyCloud and Wired Relations to create an integrated GRC solution for Nordic companies.

The combined entity serves over 1,400 customers with more than 100 employees and brings together 25+ years of experience in the GRC space.

The platform is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, built on a robust, flexible, and scalable technology foundation that supports various governance, risk, and compliance areas within a single system.
