Graphus Description

Graphus is a cloud email security platform focused on anti-phishing protection, developed under the Kaseya ecosystem. The product is designed for managed service providers (MSPs) and businesses seeking protection against email-borne threats, including phishing, impersonation attacks, and malware delivered via email. Graphus operates as part of Kaseya's cybersecurity stack, integrating with other Kaseya products such as Datto EDR, RocketCyber SOC, and SaaS Alerts to enable coordinated, automated defenses triggered by email-borne threats. The platform has historically provided anti-phishing capabilities as its core function. Kaseya has announced that Graphus is being phased out in favor of INKY, an AI-driven email security platform acquired by Kaseya. The transition follows a staged timeline: end of sale in October 2025, migration availability beginning January 2026, end of feature development in June 2026, end of support in December 2026, and full end of life in June 2027. INKY, the successor platform, expands on Graphus's capabilities with generative AI intent analysis, spam filtering, brand-spoof detection via computer vision, real-time user coaching, account takeover protection, zero-day malware protection, DMARC monitoring, outbound data loss prevention (DLP), and email encryption. INKY is offered in two tiers — INKY Advanced (included with Kaseya 365 User) and INKY Pro (an optional upgrade). Existing Graphus customers can migrate to INKY with pricing carried over from their existing contracts.
