AlertFusion

AlertFusion is a UK-based cybersecurity company founded in 2019 by Jayanth Varma, headquartered in Maidstone, Kent. The company develops an alert management platform designed for security operations center (SOC) analysts and security teams within enterprise organizations.

The platform addresses common operational challenges in security operations, including alert fatigue, siloed processes, slow manual workflows, and the need to work across multiple ticketing and incident response systems. AlertFusion centralizes alerts from multiple sources into a unified interface, aiming to reduce the time analysts spend on recurring alerts and streamline response workflows.

Key capabilities of the platform include centralized alert aggregation, automated alert operations, multi-vendor technology integration, and security knowledge management. The solution is built as a multi-tenant platform, making it applicable to managed security service providers (MSSPs) as well as large enterprise security teams.

The platform functions as an analyst workbench, consolidating security operational processes that are typically spread across disparate tools and systems. It targets the operational inefficiency that arises from staff attrition and loss of institutional knowledge by retaining that knowledge within the platform.

AlertFusion supports integrations with existing security tools and ticket management systems, positioning itself as a base layer for security operations rather than a replacement for detection or response technologies.
